Day 7: Carry to 13,500ft

A long haul to 13,500ft. Lets just follow the crowds to the "promise land". Our sleds weighed at about 40 pounds each - mostly food and lollies.

Francisco posing at about 12,000ft. Near his left shoulder you can see the tents of 11,000ft camp.

Frank posing at the same place with 11,000ft camp under his armpit. Well, it didn't smell that bad - just kidding!

Francisco waving to the camera and surgically attached to his life-line which was me. Wasn't he a lucky boy!

This guy chose to pull a lighter sled - a wise decision since there was a deep crevasse lurking below on our left.

Follow the leader and quit stalling. Sleds and packs going full bore. Where are those huskies when you need them!
